Terms and conditions:
- Within 10-15 days of completing the shoot, couples will receive a set of 10 photos, followed by delivery of the raw data within 30 days. The client is required to provide a hard drive for the RAW data collection.
- Edited photos and videos, along with an online album, will be delivered within 3 months. The time taken by the client for verification will not be included in our deadlines.
- For the printed album, couples must select the photographs, after which album designing and printing will take 30 days.
- Clients can receive all raw data via a hard drive/pen drive provided by them, or through Google Drive (photos only).
- The client must arrange for travel and accommodation for the team for outstation events.
- Payments will be made in the pre decided form as indicated in the contract. In case of pending payments, deliveries, editing, and printing will be put on hold.
- In case of postponement of the wedding or shoot due to government guidelines, the advance amount will be carried forward to future dates.
- The photographs and videos shot during the event will be copyrighted to our agency and can be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media handles.
- The client must arrange for meals for the team or provide breaks during the shoot for lunch and dinner.
- If the client delays the project for a year from the event/wedding date, Moti Art Studio will not be responsible for any data loss. The client must collect the raw data within the timeline provided.
- We welcome your ideas for the film and request that you share any suggestions in advance or provide valuable feedback within 3 days after delivery.
- After the delivery of edited photos and videos, couples can provide feedback within 3 days, after which our team will make any necessary changes within the given timeline. However, this process may be time-consuming depending on our availability and may incur additional charges.
